Welcome to the Niagara on the Lake Realty Blog! I felt that it was time again to get a blog up on the site. It’s been about 4 years since the last blog topics appeared here and we were getting a bit of a following. Hopefully we can do the same again. Let’s get started.

The biggest point to be taken here is that it is written in an informal conversational style, which insinuates that there could possibly be more than one person discussing a topic. That other person would be you, the reader. I want to encourage anyone reading this blog to make comments and join the discussion. I may not be correct and would like to know why this is the case.

The second point indicates that a blog should have new material, or should be updated. I will try to do my best to update with a new topic on a weekly basis, unless a topic is running well and needs to be extended for a time. I plan on using current topics in the news regarding real estate in general and then try my best to put a slant on how it might affect our Niagara market.

From time to time I may slide in a bit of gratuitous self-promotion for my soon to be released novel: Devil in the Grass, which will be published by Koehler books to be released February 2016. More info can be found at: christopherbowron.com You can follow my author blog there.

One final thing before I get to the meat and bones of this blog. I have been an owner since 1994 and I will say that I am blessed with the best staff. I trust that everyone who works here is capable of taking care of your real estate needs. Moreover, they are all Niagara on the Lake residents, most for over 30 years.
