Socratis is a Niagara-based realtor with more than a decade of experience in property management, leasing, and real estate investment across multiple provinces. Raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, he combines deep local roots with a national perspective, having worked with residential, commercial, and short term rental properties as both a manager and investor.
In 2016, Socratis became an ACMO Certified Property Manager and went on to oversee a portfolio of more than 150 rental units and 600 condominium units spanning Niagara to Mississauga. His management experience included townhomes, high-rises, commercial condominiums, and a mix of single-family, duplex, multi-residential, and commercial rental properties.
This background has given Socratis a broad set of tools that now strengthen his work as an agent, from assessing property condition and reviewing leases to investment analysis and project management.
